Data, purposes and legal bases
To manage your requested registration and the link to the plugin, we collect the adult's first name, last name, email and birth year, the registration date and the version of the acknowledgements. The legal basis is performance of the requested service and pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Birth year and confirmation of adulthood restrict this registration route to adults; we do not collect a full date of birth. We do not verify identity documents or email ownership.
If you choose to share a prompt, we store its text, its link to your registration, and the date and version of consent so authorised staff can review it and improve the guide's instructions, resources and quality. The legal basis is your optional consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may refuse or withdraw consent without losing access. Contributions are not anonymous and do not automatically train the model.
We do not use this data for newsletters, advertising, selling contacts, profiling or automated decisions with legal effects. Do not include health data, documents, children's data or identifying information about other people.
Providing data and opening ChatGPT
Required fields must be completed to register through this page; without them, registration cannot be completed. The plugin also exists within ChatGPT: this form does not control direct access to its link. Registration does not guarantee plugin availability, installation or access on your ChatGPT account.
This website does not receive conversations from ChatGPT. The log only contains prompts voluntarily submitted through the dedicated form. Opening the plugin takes you to ChatGPT, which is subject to its provider's terms and privacy policy: OpenAI privacy policy and terms of use.
Retention and deletion
Registration data is retained for up to 90 days; prompts for up to 30 days, and never beyond the registration's expiry. Expired records are scheduled for periodic deletion. If consent is withdrawn or erasure is requested, the relevant data is removed earlier, subject to any applicable legal obligations assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The delete button removes the registration and contributions associated with your current session. If the session has ended or you have multiple registrations, email dpo@littlegenius.it to request that they all be addressed. This website does not delete conversations held in ChatGPT.
Recipients, hosting and security
Data is stored in the website's database. Access may be granted to staff authorised by the controller and technology providers involved in delivering the service, particularly OpenAI's Sites platform and Cloudflare's hosting and database infrastructure. Data is not published or made visible to other visitors.
Processing by providers may involve operations outside the European Economic Area. For information on the applicable locations, processors and transfer safeguards for this service, contact the controller at dpo@littlegenius.it. Do not assume that all data remains in Italy or the EU.
Database access is restricted to authorised operators. The browser uses a session with a protected technical cookie; names, email addresses, birth years and prompt texts are not stored in cookies.
Cookie
After registration, the technical cookie __Host-lg-guide is set for 24 hours with HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict. It recognises registration in the same browser and enables opening the link, contributing prompts and deleting data. This page does not add advertising cookies or prompt analytics tools.
Your rights
Where provided for under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object where applicable. You may withdraw consent for prompts at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email dpo@littlegenius.it; we may request the information needed to verify that the request comes from the data subject. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
